Midson Photo has been a dream of mine since the early 1990's. Formally trained at Texas A&M, I obtained a journalism degree with a focus on visual media. I served as the Photo Editor for Texas A&M's campus newspaper with a readership of over 42,000 as I continued to study the science of photography, lighting, and composition. While working for the paper, I had opportunities to photograph exciting and historic events, such as the 2000 Presidential Election in Austin, collegiate sporting events and many other challenging photo assignments.
